County Press Awards 2002

The County Press Awards Amateur Theatre Awards 2002 resulted in glowing reports and a number of awards for the Newchurch Drama Group.

The group scooped the Best Village Production and Best Comedy Awards under the direction of Phyl Taylor with the play "Out of Order".

Alan Johnson, who appeared in Out of Order also shared the Award for Best Supporting Male. Phyl Taylor was also nominated for the Best Director for the play Out of Order.
