The Flower Festival 2002

 

Each year in July All Saints' Church, Newchurch celebrate with  a Flower Festival.

The Festival in 2002 was from July 4th to July 7th 

 

This years festival was an interesting few days with beautiful flower displays in the church for four days; a Garden Walkabout with 10 gardens from the Parish open to the public; an Art display by Newchurch Art Group; a concert in the Church; and a Strawberry Tea followed by Songs of Praise in the Church.

All Things Bright and Beautiful

All the displays depicted a line from the song with All things bright and beautiful; All creatures great and small; The purple headed mountain; The river running by; Each little Flower that opens; He made their glowing colours; The ripe fruits in the garden to name but a few.
