Unless otherwise advertised, the Parish Council meets in the Parish Hall, Newchurch, on the third Monday of every month, at 7.30 pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend to listen to the proceedings of the Council. A Parish Meeting is held each year as advertised, at which all parishioners are entitled to attend and raise matters of Parish concern.

Copies of all planning applications relating to the Parish can be inspected at the above address of the Clerk. It would be appreciated if anyone wishing to inspect a particular application could first telephone to make an appointment.
