ALVERSTONE WOMENS INSTITUTE.

Alverstone WI celebrates its 75^th birthday in 2003 and is one of the oldest WIs on the Island. It meets in Alverstone Village Hall on the second Thursday of each month at 2.00 pm.

Under the chairmanship of Mr John Ralph, has continued to grow in numbers. Meets in the Village Hall on the first Wednesday of each month and is interested in all aspects of natural history.

APSE HEATH OVER 60's CLUB.

This is a friendly social club for the not so young. The group arranges a wide variety of activities, including coach trips in the summer months. The club meets every other Friday at the Pavilion, Watery Lane from 2.00-4.00 pm.
